Grainger County Parks & Recreation is hosting the 1st Annual Trunk or Treat on Halloween Night, October 31st from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Grainger County Government and Rutledge City Offices along with surrounding businesses are providing car trunks decorated with various themes or stories and filled with lots of candy! The event is free to the public and will be located at Grainger County Courthouse Square 8095 Rutledge Pike, Rutledge, TN.
